昨日今年最後のイベントChristmas Partyをグリーンプラザで行いました。
10月に開催したHalloween Partyを上回るみなさんの参加者で、大盛況でした。Partyに備えて、Bill先生を始めRosalie先生Kenny先生、スタッフで
たくさんの企画を準備したかいがありました!!わずかながらの時間でしたがみなさんと盛り上がれて、今年最後にふさわしいLa Porteのイベントとなりました。明日、12月23日から1月5日までお休みになり、新年度は1月6日より
スタートしますので本年度同様、宜しくお願いしまーす。

Well,
It has been a very good year, we have accomplished a lot. We have more than 25 people pass the Eiken test and this school year we still have an additional 11 more people who will be taking the test in January. We have had an astounding amount of students pass the Reading and Writing classes, which has allowed us to be able to give the Eiken test to students who are in pre-school and first grade. Anyway are family is growing, and that makes me happy. I will write more on Monday. Thanks everyone for making this such a wonderful year.

We have been swaped with several things at the same time. We will be having a Christmas Party this Sunday. This will be our biggest party yet. We have over 160 students coming to our party. That is a lot of people and a lot of food. We are all looking forward to our vacation next week. I will be spending that time with my son. This is his first Christmas so I am really excited about that. Anyway we hope that everyone has a wonderful Christmas. Megumi has been a blessing. She has helped us through this busy time. Thank You Megumi!

Yesterday (12/14),
My staff and I had a year end party with some of our students. We ate a Japanese style 'Nabe' with pork and oysters. It was wonderful and the conversation was even better. In America, we usually have dinner and then sit down and talk with each other after that. But in Japan people talk with each other as they have dinner. It is very nice, but I always tend to eat too much.

Hello everyone. Unfortunately we havent been writing much lately, I apologize for that. From now on, I will be leaving messages as often as I can. I hope you are able to understand what I write. Anyway, we are getting ready for our christmas party. We have over 150 people coming! We have to prepare food and drinks as well as entertainment. I hope everything goes well.

12月に入り、Christmas partyの準備も本格的に始まり教室の飾りつけや、Childたちがレッスンの中で、鮮やかに色付けしたキャラクターが貼られ可愛らしさで埋め尽くされています。Partyの参加人数も140人を超えました。

先日、行われた英検の二次試験の結果が、英検協会から届きました。3級、
準2級、2級を受けた9人のみなさん全員合格しました。よかったね**
おめでとう!!! 次へ向けてステップアップ!頑張れー!

今週あたりから、少しづつChristmas Partyの宣伝及び準備、飾りつけが始まりました。Bill先生が、オーダーしていたBigなツリーも届きさっそく飾りました。Christmas Partyの参加申込みもだんだん増えて、今日は50人をうわまわりました!! たくさんの御参加を先生始めスタッフ一同、お待ちしています。

先月行われた英検の結果が、英検協会から届きました。５級、4級にチャレンジして合格されたみなさんおめでとう!!この喜びを自信へのステップアップにして次にまたチャアレンジしてねー！３級、準２級、2級にチャレンジしたみなさんは、二次試験も一次試験同様、頑張って下さいね＊＊

しばらくお休みしていたブログが、久しぶりに再開しました。実は自分自身の仕事とHalloween Partyの準備とが重なってしまって、ずっと忙しくしていてやっと今日のブログです。ごめんなさいね・・・。スタッフの私にとっては、初めてのHalloween Partyで不安もたくさんありましたが、無事に終わってほっとしています。仮装してコスチュームコンテストに参加してくれたChildたちのユーモアあふれるスタイルだったり、可愛さだったりと先生を初めスタッフの私も楽しませてもらいました!!来年のHalloween Partyがまたより一層、楽しみになりました**
